Refund policy

LappyBooks offers a 7-day return period. You must request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• The product must include its original packaging and supplied accessories.
• You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
• Products with physical damage, broken parts, liquid damage, short-circuit damage, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us as soon as possible so we can inspect the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Do not return a product before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable UAE consumer-protection laws.
