Warranty Policy

Eligible laptops sold by LappyBooks include a six-month warranty beginning on the delivery date.

The warranty covers technical or hardware faults that occur during normal use. A battery is covered when it stops working completely.

The warranty does not cover

• Reduced battery runtime or normal battery degradation
• A physically broken or damaged laptop
• Cracked screens, broken casing or damaged ports
• Short-circuit damage
• Liquid damage
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper handling
• Damage caused after delivery

Warranty claims are subject to inspection by LappyBooks. After inspection, we will confirm whether the reported fault is covered and explain the available repair, replacement or other appropriate resolution.
