The surface was purchased to use for a telecommuting job and also occasionally for entertainment. Both activities for the typical user works great. We have a virus detector loaded and it occasionally warns us the memory (8 GB) is running low but it never had to swap memory using storage. With the SSD I suspect this wouldn’t be much of an issue if it ever comes up needing to do that. Overall it is a nice machine and travels conveniently well.
