5.5. After the return precessed it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to show on your original payment method.Â
5.6. if your refund not showing in your acount your refund status is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, you can contact us for further assistance.
5.6. If Customer Paid Cod then Refund will be issue after order Inspection.
5.7. 3.1% Payment Gateway Fee will be charger Paid Through Debit/ Credit Card.
5.8. 3% Payment Gateway Fee will be charger Paid Through Tabby or Tamara.
5.9. Lappybooks can give Credit Voucher of Return Orders. No Fee will be deduct of return orders.Â
5.10. Lappybooks will not accept Return Order if order will be damage or Not will be in same condition. Â
5.11. Refund Order delivery charges will be apply to customer minimum 35 AED
6. Warranty and ReplacementÂ
